Pebworth Properties, Inc. was established on June 26, 1985 by its President and owner   David L. Steinhauer, CCIM as a Real Estate Brokerage company specializing in Commercial, Industrial and Investment Real Estate.  It services expanded into construction development and property management.  Over the last 18 years it has leased in excess of 2,500,000 sq ft and sold over $100,000,000. We presently manage 236,000 square feet of commercial buildings valued at $18,000,000.  Additionally, Pebworth has developed 155,000 sq  ft of office, medical, retail and industrial properties in the Palm Beach County area.
